Who has the best wings in Dallas, Texas???
Well you asked the perfect person! For those who don't know I'm Dubbsgrubs on IG, a Dallas foodie who's built one of the biggest Instagram pages in the metroplex. I'm an expert on food....but when it comes to wings I like to think of myself as a connoisseur. I mean I love wings so much I hosted a wing festival at Dallas City Hall and brought out over 600 people where we judged who has the best wings!

HONORABLE MENTION
Unfortunately I can't use the wing fest winner in this list because as of December 2021 Harris House of Heroes has closed down because of covid stress on the restaurant. It's really a shame because even without winning my wing competition they were already known as the best wings in Dallas by man! Chef Teddy Redd is the mastermind behind these wings...and although Harris is closed he has gone out on his own and created his own brand! This brand will be the head chef at popular night club "Bitter's End" in Deep Ellum! So if you are craving what was the best wings in the DFW just a few weeks ago, bitter end is where to go. The only problem with that is when I do lists like this I like to only include traditional restaurants or food trucks with regular hours.
So lets get into my list, I have 3 options for best wings in Dallas and they all have a small twist offering something different! All 3 of these restaurants are also black owned businesses in the DFW metroplex!
First up is Wing's World! This wing spot has been a staple in Dallas and now has several locations around the DFW Metroplex! My favorite is the south Dallas location, now what makes them one of my favorite is the variety they offer. They have over 30 different flavors and use organic wings to ensure the highest quality of chicken. These wings are always on point
great size, if you didn't know the small wings are good because they don't use as many steroids. They have some AMAZING flavors I've tried everything from hot wings, lemon pepper, hot lemon pepper, spicy Thai, Cajun, garlic parm, and really anything you can think of. The twist item
you must try from them has to be the egg rolls! The light crispy egg rolls go perfectly with
their amazing wings!

Next up is a Jamaican spot going by the name Reggae Wings and Tings! Now they serve what I would say is the best Jamaican food in the metroplex but we are here for the wings! Now they make all types of wings but I want to focus on those phenomenal jerk wings! They marinate them
with their secret marinade overnight and it makes all of the difference. These wings are different from the rest of this list because these wings are smoked not fried which adds even more to these amazing wings. Smoking them gives an amazing flavor and honestly makes the wings fall right off the bone!!! These wings are definitely worth the trip to mesquite, and definitely get the fries when you do go, they have the best fries out of this entire list!!

My last wing spot for y'all today would have to be Wing City which is a newer wing spot taking over in the garland and mesquite area! They have a few locations and what sets them apart is they over both traditional wings along with breaded and give you the option to sauce them anyway you'd like! They allow you to combine any flavors and come up with some crazy concoctions!!! Its pretty rare that spots offer both breaded and traditional so for that alone they belong on this list! As of now, they officially have released their flavored catfish as well! You can get catfish and shrimp with any wing flavor with any combination and when I tell you the hot lemon pepper catfish is a game changer, I'm serious you have to try them out!!!

Bitter End - 2826 Elm St, Dallas, TX 75226
Wings World - 2310 MLK Blvd Dallas Tx
Reggae Wings and Tings - 3315 N Town E Blvd, Mesquite, TX 75150
Wing City - 1456 Belt Line Rd Garland Tx
Those are who Id say are the three best wing spots in the metroplex, check them out and when you go head over to Instagram and tag me with your food and let me know what you think!! @Dubbsgrubs
Love peace and good eats,
